On Wednesday, July 10, I was incredibly proud and honored to be one of three authors selected by the Women’s Club of South County (a branch of the national General Federation of Women’s Clubs) to speak at their annual Book & Author Luncheon at the Narragansett Dunes Club. Bill Harley, Nancy Thayer, and I talked, read, and just had a wonderful time sharing with this group of amazing women who volunteer their time and effort to raise money for good causes. Last year, this event alone raised over $30,000 for various local programs and organizations!
